The Advocacy Council meets monthly and provides chamber members the opportunity to have personal interaction with their elected officials and decision-makers. Tasked with staying up to speed on various federal, state and local issues, the council keeps chamber members informed and engaged on public policy issues that impact the local business climate.
Council members are representative of local business owners, CEOs, and key decision makers. As the chamber looks to the council for their vision, ideas, and strategic input, it is imperative the members of the Advocacy Council are connected to the business needs of the county.
