Membership Profile – Keep Your Company Information Current

As a member of the Alamance Chamber, you have the opportunity to market your business to consumers visiting our website (alamancechamber.com) by enhancing your business profile on the online membership directory.

It is important to keep your profile up to date with current contact information, social media accounts, and descriptions of your products and services. No matter where you are, if you have internet access, you will be able to edit your company’s information by logging into the ChamberMaster website – your direct web connection to the Alamance Chamber.

A basic webpage is complimentary to all members of the Alamance Chamber. The enhanced web page – which enables you to add images, logos, a longer description and other features – is a primary benefit to members in the Executive level membership tier and higher.

Whether you have a basic or enhanced web page, it’s important to keep your company information current and relevant.  Take a look at the steps listed below to update your profile quickly and easily.

Logging In:

  • Start by opening a web browser and go to www.alamancechamber.com.
  • Click the “Member Login” icon located on the left hand side under the main menu. You will then be directed to a screen provided by ChamberMaster.
  • In the Login Window, type your login name and password, click continue. (If you don’t know your name or password, click “Forgot your username/password?”. On the next screen, provide your email address.  Your password will then be sent to you.  If the system doesn’t recognize your email address – you may not have provided it in your member profile.  If this is the case, email Lisa Foster (lisa@alamancechamber.com) or Kelly Roberts (kelly@alamancechamber.com) to reset your account.

Basic Navigation:

  • Click the “Settings” tab (with the wheel) in the upper right-hand corner
  • Click the “Company” tab in the left-hand navigation bar.
  • Make necessary changes
    *Always click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page once you’ve finished updating.

Add/Edit/Update your Business Information:

  • Click “Organization Information” and make any needed changes to your contact and address information
  • Click “Save Changes when finished.
  • Make sure “Use Organization Information” is checked if you want the information you just viewed to be the same on your webpage. (If this box is checked you will need to change your “Organization Information” via the process above).

Update information on your webpage: 
For Members with Enhanced Webpage Option (Executive – Chairman Level Members)

  • With the “Company” tab still open, click the “Website Information” choice in the left-hand navigation bar.
  • Make sure “Use Organization Information” is checked if you want the information you just viewed to be the same on your webpage. (If this box is checked you will need to change your “Organization Information” via the process above).
  • Edit the fields in the Web Description/Text Context area; add any bulleted items and keywords.

Add a logo or Member Information Page Image (Header):

  • With the “Company” tab still open click “Logos”
  • Click “Add Image” below the Image Type that you wish to add
  • Type the path and filename of the desired graphic file or click “Browse” to locate your image.
  • Click “Done”.
  • Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

Add a map image:

  • Click on “Map Pin Information”
  • Choose either “Google Maps” to activate locational service or “Uploaded Image” to upload your own image.
  • If selecting an uploaded image, click “View/Edit Image” then “Add Image”. Type the path and filename of the desired graphic file or click “Browse” to locate. Click “Open” when desired graphic is located, then click “Done”.

Change/Remove existing logo, photo, or uploaded map image:

  • Follow the steps above then click “change” or “remove” in the boxes below each image.
