The chamber offers its members the opportunity to showcase their products and services to potential customers by sponsoring events throughout the year. From the smallest to largest business, we provide multiple levels of sponsorship and various events to meet our member’s promotional needs. Three Tiered Sponsorship Package
The Alamance County Area Chamber of Commerce offers a 3-tiered sponsorship program providing businesses maximum exposure, maximum convenience and maximum value. Members may purchase a sponsorship package (Chamber Champion, Chamber Partner, and Chamber Advocate) that fits their budget, ranging from $1500 to over $6000. The three-tiered program includes key events in each level, various marketing benefits, name recognition and convenience for the member. Members may select which level they prefer at the beginning of each year.
Business After Hours
This popular event can draw up to 175 Chamber members. Held the last Tuesday of every month from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., members enjoy networking, hors d’oeurves, drinks and fun activities. Sponsor this event and showcase your products, services and facilities.
Business Before Hours
Sponsor a Business Before Hours event & target this group of early risers. Held on a bi-monthly basis from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at K&W Cafeteria, attendees enjoy a full breakfast, chamber announcements, networking with peers and personal business commercials. Sponsorship includes your business name on the invitation, the opportunity to give a 10 minute presentation, and display and/or distribute promotional materials.

Annual Meeting
The chamber’s Annual Meeting, traditionally held in January, is attended by more than 300 people including a variety of business, community, and civic leaders. The event highlights the year's accomplishments, outlines strategic goals, and includes several prestigious community service awards. Multiple levels of sponsorship are available. Each level includes special recognition throughout the evening.

Showcase your business by participating in the Business Expo. This event connects your business with other businesses and the public.

Economic Summit
A member favorite, this high profile event brings more than 250 chamber members, local and statewide leaders together for an evening focusing on the state of Alamance County’s economy. Attendees enjoy keynote speakers such as renowned CEO’s and economists.
Sponsorships are limited to three businesses. Presenting sponsorship includes your business name listed on the invitation, program, and special summit presentation.

Career Fair
At this annual event, businesses have access to a large pool of candidates while the public can access a large number of employers at the same time. Through the Resource Room, job seekers can discover what employers are looking for, what skills they need and how to best present themselves as candidates for employment. Nearly 500 people participate in this event. Both presenting and supporting sponsors are needed. Sponsors are entitled to a complimentary table and are promoted in all event marketing materials.

Agriculture Appreciation Banquet
This appreciation banquet, attended by approximately 250 people, highlights the role of agriculture in Alamance County. Awards are presented to farmers and landowners who demonstrate good stewardship and service to agriculture. Sponsors receive an invitation and recognition at the banquet. Additionally, sponsorship revenue contributes to the cost of the popular Farm-to-Table program, designed for area fourth graders. Banquet sponsors are also recognized in the Farm-to-Table promotional materials.
