The goal of Alamance Youth Leadership Academy is to empower youth through the connections of civic engagement and leadership development for a greater Alamance County. AYLA is a leadership program of the Alamance County Area Chamber of Commerce supported by strong partners, including Alamance-Burlington School System, Alamance Citizens for Education, Alamance Community College, Burlington Day School, Elon University, The Elon School, and Leadership Alamance Alumni.
