Kelly is the Chamber’s Senior Director of Investor Engagement and has been at the Chamber for 10 years. She focuses on investor development and programming and also leads the development and execution of the Chamber’s communications strategies, including digital content, email marketing, and social media management.
Kelly holds a B.A. in Communication Studies with a Minor in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is a graduate of Leadership Alamance (Class of 2017), the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management – Southeast (Class of 2022), and Impact Alamance’s Leadership Institute (Class of 2023). In 2023, she was recognized as a Rising Star by the Women’s Resource Center in Alamance County. She participated in Little Pink Houses of Hope Dancing with the Stars in 2024 and continues to volunteer with the organization. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army of Alamance County.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys traveling and collecting passport stamps, cooking, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Threaddie.
