The Captain’s Choice tournament will be held at Mill Creek Golf Course on Friday, May 30th. The shotgun start will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by the Awards Luncheon. All golfer names and substitutions are due by Noon on Friday, May 16th.
No refunds will be issued after Friday, May 9th.
