2024 Golfer Registration Form

  • Tournament Details

    Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2024 Alamance Chamber Annual Golf Tournament. The Captain's Choice tournament will be held at The Valley Golf Course on Friday, May 17th. The shotgun start will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by a networking lunch and awards reception. Mulligan packages and raffle prizes will be available for purchase at registration. All registration invoices must be paid in full by Wednesday, May 8th or your reservation will be released. No refunds will be issued after this date. Golfer names and substitutions are due to the Chamber by Friday, May 10th.

    • Team Registration Chamber Investor Rate ($400) - Includes one tee time for 4 golfers, lunch & refreshments. • Team Registration Non Chamber Investor Rate ($450) -Includes one tee time, lunch, & refreshments.

  • This person will receive all communication regarding your registration. You will be asked to share the information with your players.
  • This number will only be used to communicate weather or other emergency updates.
