The Alamance Chamber is proud to announce and welcome the newest Leadership Alamance cohort—a remarkable group of dedicated current and emerging leaders who are committed to making a difference in Alamance County.
Over the next nine months, participants will embark on a journey to gain a deeper understanding of the community they serve. Through immersive monthly field days and engaging conversations with local leaders, participants will explore the people, places, institutions, opportunities, and challenges that shape Alamance County. Along the way, they will gain new perspectives, strengthen their understanding of our community, and build meaningful relationships with fellow participants and leaders from across the county.
At the heart of Leadership Alamance is a shared belief that leadership is about more than individual achievement—it is about service, connection, and a commitment to something greater than ourselves. Participants are encouraged to see themselves as trustees of our community, using their unique talents, experiences, and perspectives to help create a stronger, more connected, and more vibrant Alamance County for everyone.
Throughout the program, this cohort will have opportunities to learn from one another, challenge their thinking, discover new ways to get involved, and develop a deeper appreciation for the organizations and individuals working every day to move our community forward. We hope their Leadership Alamance experience inspires not only personal and professional growth, but also a lasting commitment to community leadership and service.
