The Alamance Chamber proudly announces the graduation of the Leadership Alamance Class of 2026.

On Thursday, June 4, the Chamber recognized 33 dynamic community leaders during a graduation ceremony at Impact Alamance, followed by a networking reception and celebration at Burlington Beer Works. The event marked the completion of another successful year of Leadership Alamance, a nine-month program designed to cultivate inclusive leadership by educating current and emerging leaders about the people, resources, infrastructure, and challenges that shape Alamance County.

At the heart of Leadership Alamance is a commitment to community leadership and trusteeship. Throughout the program, participants gained a deeper understanding of Alamance County, broadened their perspectives, and developed meaningful relationships with fellow leaders from across the community. The Leadership Alamance Class of 2026 represented a diverse cross-section of civic, business, non-profit, and public-sector organizations throughout the county. Graduates leave the program equipped with stronger leadership skills and a renewed commitment to serving and strengthening Alamance County.

“This year’s cohort completed an exceptional journey of growth and discovery,” said Logan Garrison Savits, Director of Leadership Development and Education Partnerships for the Alamance Chamber, who coordinates the Leadership Alamance program. “Through this experience, they have gained a deeper appreciation for our community, built meaningful relationships across industries, and strengthened their ability to lead with vision, purpose, and impact.”

Reagan C. Gural, President and CEO of the Alamance Chamber, added that the class “shared a compelling vision for the future of Alamance County – a future that is strategic in planning for growth, committed to supporting public education, strengthened by collaboration and resource sharing, and grounded in preserving the quality of life that makes our community unique. Those priorities reflect thoughtful leadership and a deep commitment to the future of our county. They give me great confidence that Alamance County is in good hands.”

Speaking at graduation as a representative of the Leadership Alamance Class of 2026, Jensen Roll, President of Roll Construction, shared, “As Leadership Alamance Alumni now, we must stay involved. The curiosity we brought to this program must be the compass for our future. True leadership is not about keeping the door open just for yourself; it’s about holding it wide open for the next person. Find people with untapped potential. Mentor them, share what you’ve learned in this program, and empower them to take an active role in shaping Alamance County’s future.”

The Alamance Chamber is currently accepting applications for the Leadership Alamance Class of 2027. Applications are due Friday, June 26. For more information or to apply, visit https://www.alamancechamber.com/ac-program/leadership-alamance/
