2020 Women's Symposium - Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in ROAR - the 5th Annual Alamance Chamber Women's Symposium. We look forward to having you join us at the Alliance Convention Center (1214 Turrentine Street) in Burlington on Friday, March 27, 2020. Please complete the registration form to reserve your booth. Booth pricing is as follows: Alamance Chamber Member - $200; Non-Member - $300; Non-Profit Booth - $150. Vendor Registration includes 1 complimentary general registration ticket to the event (value of $89).
  • Payment Information

    You should receive an invoice from the Alamance Chamber via email within three business days of submitting your registration form. If you do not receive an invoice, please contact Lisa Foster, lisa@alamancechamber.com or 336-228-1338. Please note, your vendor registration is not secure until payment is received in full. If your payment is not received by Friday, March 13, you will not have a vendor booth at the event. Please note: Booth sharing is not permitted. One booth per company (first-come, first-served).
  • Complimentary Event Registration

    One complimentary general registration seat at the event is included with your vendor registration. You will receive an email from the Alamance Chamber with a link for you to register the attendee who will be using your ticket. If you would like to purchase additional event tickets, you will be able to do so through the registration link. Please note, vendor space is seperate from the main event space. Attendees will be given breaks throughout the event to visit our vendors. If you would like for others assisting at your booth to enjoy the event, an additional registration will need to be purchased.
  • Please list as you would like it to appear in event promotion and printed materials.
  • Vendor registration includes: 1 ticket (general registration) to the event, 1 table with linens (dimensions will be communicated via email), 2 chairs, and business/organization listing in program •Please note, your vendor registration is not secure until payment is received in full. If your payment is not received by Friday, March 13, you will not have a vendor booth at the event.
  • If you'd like to have electricity at your booth, please indicate below. An additional fee of $25 will be added to your base registration fee if applicable.
  • Two chairs will be provided for you at your booth. If you would like to request an additional chair(s) please indicate the quantity below. A fee of $5 per additional chair will be added to your base registration if applicable.
  • One lunch ticket is included in your registration. If you'd like to add an additional lunch ticket(s) for anyone else helping at your booth please indicate the quantity below. An additional fee of $15 per ticket will be added to your base registration fee if applicable.
